Boldt Announces New DEI Hire

(APPLETON, WIS.) Sept. 7, 2022 – The Boldt Company announces Jaclyn Skalnik is the new corporate director of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Skalnik has two decades of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion including time as an independent consultant to private and public organizations worldwide. She earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in social work and mental health from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee.

“One of my main goals is to expand the definition of safety here at Boldt,” Skalnik said. “Together, we can create a workplace that is safe both physically and psychologically so each of us can bring our whole selves to work.”

Skalnik is based in Wisconsin and will support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives nationwide.
