Boldt Receives 2023 Best Internship Award from Employ Humanity

The Boldt Company is pleased to announce that it has been recognized with a 2023 Best Internship Award from Employ Humanity. The award is given out to recognize and celebrate exceptional internship programs and their positive impact on interns, workplaces and communities across the U.S.

Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Vice President Holly Lifke offers insight into Boldt’s internship programs. “The future of our industry depends on talented young professionals entering the field.  Our internships build a culture of acceptance where interns are supported and inspired to share ideas.”

Boldt’s award-winning internship program makes a huge impact:

  • This year Boldt is providing learning opportunities for 49 interns in jobsites and offices across the U.S.
  • Five interns returned from 2022; (two have already moved to permanent Boldt roles as field engineers)
  • Filled intern positions: 25 field engineers, 10 project engineers, 14 corporate operations positions in Marketing, Accounting, IT, Project Controls, Project Delivery Services and Estimating
  • Top two universities represented in Boldt’s Summer internship program: Five from MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) and four from Cal Poly (California Polytechnic State University)

Boldt construction internships are designed to accelerate careers with hands-on, in-the-field experience. “With a construction internship at Boldt, the sky is the limit when it comes to learning and growth opportunities. We want this experience to provide the foundation for the rest of the intern’s career,” said Rachel Busick, talent development specialist for Boldt.

Boldt interns work with a purpose—positively impacting employees, customers and our communities. Learn more about Boldt internships and how you can apply.
