Clements Named Boldt Corporate Director of Safety
APPLETON, WIS. (OCT. 29, 2024) – Kristin Clements has been promoted to Corporate Director of Safety for The Boldt Company.
Clements most recently served as the Safety Operations Manager at Boldt, building out the Boldt safety training program and safety-related policies, procedures and processes for organization-wide use. During her five-year tenure at Boldt, she has held positions as Regional Safety Director in California and Safety Manager on the $158 million Sutter Health Santa Rosa Hospital Project in Sonoma County, Cal.
In her new role, Clements will inspire and build on Boldt’s long-standing tradition of safety excellence. She will further the development of the Regional Safety Directors across Boldt’s nationwide footprint as well as oversee continuous improvement in safety construction methods, practices and culture.

It’s crucial to perpetuate a safety-first mentality in all areas of our organization. This requires a strong team environment, which I am passionate about building.”
Prior to joining Boldt, Clements held safety positions at American Asphalt of Wisconsin, The Walsh Group and MillerCoors. She earned her associate of applied science degree in occupational safety and health from Columbia Southern University. Clements holds her CSP and CIT through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is currently finishing her bachelor of science degree in occupational safety & health through Columbia Southern University.
