University of California – Davis – Health Clinic
UC Davis Health comprises the UC Davis Medical Center, UC Davis School of Medicine, The Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis and UC Davis Medical Group. Boldt was engaged by the academic health system to construct a new 4,000 SF, single-story medical clinic on the UCD Education Campus. The project was delivered using the collaborative design-build method with our architectural partner and relied extensively on prefabrication of key elements to expedite the schedule.
The new campus clinic houses nine exam rooms, blood draw and support spaces. This clinic will give UC Davis faculty and staff access to primary care services at a convenient, on-campus location. In addition to the new building, the project also includes site utilities, site improvements and all associated work to provide a complete and operating medical office building.
