The Boldt Company Awarded Contract for Spanish Cove
YUKON, OK, July 31, 2017 – The Boldt Company, one of the nation’s leading healthcare builders, has been selected by Spanish Cove to manage a renovation and expansion project scheduled to begin in the fall of this year. Spanish Cove, a continuing care retirement community, is in Yukon, Oklahoma.
In partnership with Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), Boldt will renovate the skilled nursing and assisted living areas of the facility and construct two, new additions adding over 34,000 square feet. When complete, the expansion will add 43 units, including nine assisted living units, 20 nursing care and 14 memory care units. The Boldt Company will be responsible for preconstruction, site work and construction management at risk services.

Spanish Cove is marking its 43rd birthday this year.
