The Boldt Company announced that in 2016 it reached $1 billion in revenues for the first time in its history, a major milestone for a homegrown company with roots going back to the late 1800s.

“It only took us 127 years to do it,” said Tom Boldt, CEO and fourth generation in the family construction business.

The announcement that the privately held company reached that milestone, considered the gold standard in the building industry, was made internally earlier this year.
