The Boldt Company Announces Promotions

(APPLETON, Wis.) Jan. 20 2021–The Boldt Company announced several executive level changes affecting regional and national leadership roles within the organization. The following individuals were promoted into the roles of Vice President:
 
Todd Pingel is the new vice president of information technology and most recently served as the company’s director of information technology. In his new role, he will lead the company’s efforts in cyber security, data analytics, network administration, emerging technologies, software development and technology support. He joined the company in 1981 and is past president of the Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter of Association of Information Technology Professionals and is currently a member of the CIO council in Northeast Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College and is based out of the corporate office in Appleton, Wisconsin.
 
Emily Haupt has been promoted to the position of vice president of talent strategies and will be leading talent development across the company. In her new role, she will lead performance management, talent and leadership development, career planning, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and identifying high potential individuals in the organization. She joined Boldt in 2017 as director of organizational development, then executive director of talent strategies. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Emily is based out of the corporate office in Appleton, Wisconsin.
 
Scott Clark will hold the position of vice president of business development with a focus on the firm’s Northern Operations in Wisconsin. Clark joined the company in 2005 as a business development manager for the Northern Wisconsin operating unit where he has been instrumental in developing relationships with subcontractors and customers. He is based out of the corporate office in Appleton, Wisconsin.
 
Scott Frazer has been promoted to vice president of corporate safety and most recently held the position of corporate safety manager. He joined Boldt in 2013 as a safety specialist and has held a variety of positions in safety leadership for the company. He is an advisory board member of the Florida Chamber Safety Council and a governing member of The Association of Union Contractors. He earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He is based out of the corporate office in Appleton, Wisconsin.
 
Steve Lind has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the firm’s San Francisco office where he most recently was the area manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for business development, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and provide oversight for business operations, construction operations, and people management. He joined the company in 2006 as a financial manager in the company’s Cloquet, Minnesota office, and then moved to California where he supported multiple construction projects. He is a member of the Lean Construction Institute and earned a degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
 
Jason Krueger is the new vice president and general manager of the firm’s Rochester, Minnesota office where he most recently served as the director of operations. In this role, he will be responsible for business development, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and provide oversight for business operations, construction operations, and people management. He is active in the Rochester community including board service for Hiawatha Homes, the Construction Partnership, Inc., the Pine Island Baseball Association, and is involved with the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and the Rochester Area Builders Association. He joined the firm in 1998 as a field engineer and worked on projects in healthcare, power, industrial, food, and commercial business sectors. Krueger earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
 
Jake Garro has been promoted to chief operating officer and executive vice president of Boldt’s Real Estate Group. The real estate group at Boldt specializes in the development and investment in healthcare real estate and senior housing. Garro joined Boldt in 2011 specializing in outpatient real estate development and finance for not-for-profit healthcare organizations throughout the United States. He has also lead the organization’s diversification strategy into senior housing. He holds an MBA from Marquette University is active with the Ronal McDonald House of Southeastern Wisconsin and serves on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame. He is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
 
Chris Buday has been promoted to vice president of planning/design/construction for Boldt’s Real Estate Group. The real estate group at Boldt specializes in the development / investment in healthcare real estate and senior housing. Buday joined Boldt in 2015 having previously specialized in outpatient & inpatient healthcare real estate development throughout the United States. While serving as director of project management he led the development efforts for Boldt’s new senior living projects portfolio. He holds a engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and the Mequon Thiensville School District. He is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
