Boldt installed the civil and electrical infrastructure to support installation of 11 V136, 3.45 MW, 38 V150, 3.6 MW wind turbine generators built on hubs set at 105 meters above the ground, which were erected by others. Work included construction of the public road improvements, turbine access roads and crossings, crane pads and paths, turbine foundations, energy collection system, generation tie line, met tower and a 34.5 – 345 kV substation.

Boldt was hired by EDP Renewables (EDPR) to provide the Balance of Plant (BOP) services to allow others to erect the wind turbines. Boldt’s efforts allowed EDPR to coordinate delivery and installation of the Vestas wind turbines, including some of the first V150 units installed in the U.S.
