As Group President of Midwest Operations, John provides executive leadership for Boldt’s business operations across Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. He is responsible for strategic growth, business performance and construction operations across the region, leading teams that deliver complex healthcare, industrial, mission-critical and commercial projects. With more than three decades of construction experience, John has a customer-focused approach to strengthening relationships, expanding market opportunities and positioning the business for long-term success. His leadership is focused on strengthening operational performance, creating greater alignment across teams and expanding Boldt’s capabilities to serve customers and pursue new opportunities.

Dale Lewis

Director of Project Development

Based in Boldt’s Milwaukee office, Dale leads data center business development efforts across The Boldt Company, a strategic role focused on driving project development and expanding Boldt’s presence in this dynamic sector. In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.

Kerry Beck

Director of Business Development

Kerry develops and nurtures key relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in greater Milwaukee/Madison and throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Kerry has more than 20 years’ experience in generating and building relationships across markets—including construction, healthcare, industrial, education and commercial. Most recently, Kerry served as the Director of Employer Business Development for a top-ranked healthcare management services firm.
