As Group President, John provides executive leadership for Boldt’s business operations across Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. He is responsible for strategic growth, business performance and construction operations across the region, leading teams that deliver complex healthcare, industrial, mission-critical and commercial projects. With more than three decades of construction experience, John has a customer-focused approach to strengthening relationships, expanding market opportunities and positioning the business for long-term success. He also helps to advance Boldt’s self-perform capabilities while bringing clear direction, disciplined execution, organizational alignment and accountability to the business.

Brian Charlton

Director of Business Development

Brian Charlton serves as Director of Business Development for the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area where he leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens client partnerships and supports business development efforts throughout the market.

Prior to joining Boldt, Brian served as Program Manager for a national provider of fire and life safety system services. He has nearly 20 years of experience in business development, market expansion and client relationship management.

Brian earned a bachelor of arts degree in business management from Hope College.

Jason leads operations for The Boldt Company’s offices in Rochester, Minneapolis and Cloquet, Minn. and Eau Claire, Wis. He is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, with an established history of managing large, complex projects in diverse sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial. Jason has played a key role in Boldt’s introduction to the highly specialized proton therapy market, establishing Boldt as a national leader in proton therapy equipment installation.
